The famous Snagajob office slide
Last week, Arlington, Va.-based Snagajob, a tech company that has developed an online marketplace for hourly job listings and opportunities, raised a whopping $100 million.
The investment was led by New York-based Rho Acceleration and Invus Group along with D.C.-based NewSpring Capital. The funding will be used to execute acquistion moves and to expand the company's growing product line.
Snagajob currently boasts a small office in Richmond and its headquarters can be found in Arlington, Va. The rising tech company employs upwards of 300 professionals; from designers and developers to sales and marketing pros.
