On Monday, renown business news and analysis publication Forbes Magazine released their annual 30 under 30 list, naming the top young innovators, play makers and executives across various industries in the world. This year's list unlike year's past, however, recognized a number of prominent D.C. tech personalities as leading figures in their respective businesses.
Across venture capital, consumer technology, social entrepreneurship, marketing and advertising, enterprise tech, education, new media and e-commerce, these are the D.C.-area startup founders, tech execs, entrepreneurs and investors that made it to Forbes' 2016 class of 30 under 30 innovators.
