Mark Cuban wants to keep the SEC out of his email
  • Mark Cuban does not like the SEC, not too surprising after they investigated him for insider trading. He wants to make sure the agency can't go looking at his emails without his permission or a warrant and he reached out Congress to demand that there be no special exemption for the SEC as lawmakers work on updating email privacy rules. Whether he can be as persuasive to them as he is to some of the startups on Shark Tank is less obvious.
