Dr. Ximena Hartsock is the co-founder and President of Washington, D.C.-based Phone2Action. Phone2Action is an early-stage civic engagement software platform. It works to connect advocates with elected officials so as to build grassroots movements that can influence policy. Founded in late 2012 by Ximena Hartsock, Jeb Ory, and Patrick Stoddart, Phone2Action tools are used by non-profits, trade associations, advocacy groups, and companies to activate and engage supporters.
