Ready to get schooled the day after Valentine's Day? Alright, let's go.

The Big One

Albemarle County Commonwealth's Attorney Denise Lunsford confirmed Tuesday that Jesse Matthew, the 32-year-old man already charged with the abduction with intent to defile 18-year-old University of Virginia student Hannah Graham, has now been charged with first-degree murder in Graham's death.

On Monday, Feb. 2 Matthew was indicted for the abduction and murder of Graham, specifically for first-degree murder and abduction with the intent to defile occurring on or about Sept. 13 or Sept. 14.

He is not charged with capital murder.

Matthew has also been charged for two charges of reckless driving. No specifics were given pertaining to how this determination was made.
