If you're not too busy catching the start to the World Cup (or even if you are, just show up a tad bit late), you should stop by the Georgetown Summer Launch Program open house Thursday to meet the 17 startups representing the newest class of Hoyapreneurs at Georgetown University.

A startup incubator designed for current Georgetown students and recent graduates interested in launching innovative businesses, the Georgetown Summer Launch Program will be celebrating another batch of ambitious movers and shakers ready to change the world with their brilliant ideas.

From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. attendees will have the opportunity to meet and greet the next generation of youthful entrepreneurial talent at Georgetown over drinks and a spread of hors d'oeuvres. Whether you want to hear about their venture ideas or offer your own helpful tips and advice, all are welcome to join in welcoming the latest in greatest Hoyapreneurs.

The event will take place on the third floor of the Rafik B. Hariri Building on Georgetown's campus in Connelly Commons. But prior to attending, make sure you register here.
