Relive Startup Maryland's 'Pitch Across Maryland 2.0' Tour With This Video

Last fall, members of Startup Maryland jumped aboard a bus covered in the state's flag and for 15 days zig-zagged across the land of Old Bay and Natty Boh in search of entrepreneurship as part of the Pitch Across Maryland 2.0 tour. Along the way, the bus hit more than 30 stops across all corners of the state and found hundreds of self-starting, business-minded people to pitch their ideas.

WithTheFilm followed the tour, capturing it all from the first stop in Ocean City to the final party at the Under Armour facilities in Baltimore, and the film crew then condensed the journey into a short clip celebrating all things Startup Maryland.

The second Pitch Across Maryland tour not only celebrated entrepreneurs in Maryland but also provided connections to those people trying to get their businesses up and running. As Michael Binko, co-chair for Startup Maryland, said in the video, "Entrepreneur helping entrepreneur is often the missing link behind success."

As you can see from the video, there's a huge diversity of entrepreneurs in the state, and from the looks of it, they know how to have fun and get things done. This video only shows a few of the entrepreneurs the bus met along the way and the places they stopped in – for individual pitch videos from the back of the Pitch Across Maryland 2.0 bus, check out WithTheFilm's Startup Maryland page.
