- Deal: has raised $3.1M from a total $14.5M equity offering, according to an SEC filing
- Investors: undisclosed, previous include Blu Venture Investors, Middleland Capital and NextGen Venture Partners
- What they do: telemedicine hardware and software developer - in other words, a real-time video collaboration platform used between hospitals, doctors, health professionals and patients.

Citelighter (Baltimore, Md.)
- Deal: raised $478K in debt from a total $600K offering, according to an SEC filing
- Investors: undisclosed, previously include Blu Venture Investors and Baltimore Angels
- What they do: CiteLighter has developed a virtual highlighter for use on the Internet that is able to automatically generate citations.
