INNO MADNESS: ROUND 4

These 4 D.C.-area companies have advanced in our 2022 contest

Ian Lawson

Everyone is a contender.

We’re down to four companies in our 2022 Inno Madness competition, and it’s been a tight race up to this point — thanks to your votes.

Round 3 recap

Eight companies. Four matchups. Four winners. But not by much.

That’s what unfolded in the third round of this year’s battle, with close calls across the board. But now, we have our players moving on to the next round.

Oxiwear, MarginEdge and Somatus — each with 51% of the votes in their matchups — edged out True Made Foods, MemoryWell and Shift5. Rose Health claimed 55% of the vote over Decision Lens.

Will the finals feature an underdog or two? Will we see a returning champion? Will it be a health care-only duel? Anything can happen.

Check out the bracket below to see the Round 4 matchups. And ICYMI, here are Round 1, Round 2 and Round 3.

The rulebook

Every. Vote. Counts.

It’s again time to pick your favorites, and they need your support now more than ever. The final two companies will face off in the championship round. You decide who that will be.

One vote per person. Share the bracket with your networks and follow along in our twice-weekly newsletter, The Beat. Here’s the schedule:

  • Round 4 voting March 22-28
  • Round 5 voting March 29-April 4. We’ll announce the winner April 5.
