Minne Inno's Coolest Companies Competition, our first annual awards celebration highlighting local startups and businesses with the best culture, is now in full swing and we're excited to kick off our inaugural season with a great group of nominees.
We asked you tell us about your business, its perks and why your company's the coolest. And though you gave us a lot of different reasons – including free lunches, charitable initiatives, group trips and much, much more – it was clear that, at the end of the day, if you love going to work everyday, then that's really cool.
We'll be announcing our five winners "Superlative Style." The Inno team will determine which superlatives best fit the winners based off the nominations sent in. The final five winners will be chosen by readers' choice voting - and all will be crowned live at the event.
