Arctic Wolf announced Thursday it appointed Todd Ford and Jill Putman to its board of directors.
Both Ford and Putman have significant experience taking companies through initial public offerings. That familiarity will be necessary as the Eden Prairie-based cybersecurity company prepares to go public later this year.
Putman currently serves as the chief financial officer of Jamf Holding Corp., a Minneapolis-based company that creates enterprise-management software for Apple devices. Putman led Jamf through its IPO in 2020 and now heads the company's investor relations, finance and accounting functions.
“Arctic Wolf is well positioned to lead the charge in ending cyber risk for companies of every size, all over the world, by delivering security operations at scale,” Putman said in a statement. “The team has had a tremendous journey thus far, and I am honored to join them ahead of the next phase of growth.”
Meanwhile, Ford is currently president of finance and operations at San Mateo, Calif.-based Coupa Software. Ford helped that company through its IPO and also led Mountain View, Calif.-based MobileIron through an IPO during his tenure as its CFO.
“Individually, each brings a unique set of experiences and expertise that will add tremendous leadership to our company," Arctic Wolf President and CEO Nick Schneider said. "I am looking forward to Todd’s partnership as leader of the audit committee, and Jill’s expertise and insight as an audit committee member, as we accelerate toward our next phase of growth.”
