Arctic Wolf announced Tuesday it's expanding its operations to Europe, the Middle East and Africa by establishing an overseas headquarters for the first time.
The Eden Prairie-based cybersecurity startup is establishing a European headquarters in the United Kingdom and will open its first European security operations center in Germany later this year.
The international expansion comes after the company raised $200 million at a valuation of $1.3 billion in 2020.
"Arctic Wolf is seeing tremendous demand from organizations in Europe looking to embrace security operations with ease and simplicity to address the rapidly evolving threat landscape,” said Nick Schneider, president and chief revenue officer. “The investments we are making in the … region both in our go-to-market functions and security operations will fuel our ability to end cyber risk for customers and partners in a way that is tailored to the unique needs of the European market.”
Clare Loveridge will lead the expansion and has been appointed vice president and general manager of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
