Avionté Staffing Software, an Eagan-based software developer serving the staffing and recruiting markets, has hired Rishabh Mehrotra as its new CEO.

Mehrotra has held board and executive positions at Ascender HCM, Kinela, Bolt Solutions Inc., Archer Capital and other firms. He’s a veteran in the payroll, benefits and human capital management industries, experienced in working for technology-driven companies, according to an Avionté press release. He earned his MBA at Harvard Business School.

"We are excited to have someone of Rishabh’s caliber and experience step in to lead Avionté," said Kevin Frick, chairman at Avionté and partner at Serent Capital. "Rishabh is an experienced CEO who brings strong leadership and proven track record in building customer-centric companies, delivering on commitments, and scaling organizations."

Monday marked Mehrotra’s first day at Avionté.

“I’ve been following Avionté for the past few years and believe the company is poised to accelerate its growth by continuing to deliver world class solutions to customers,” Mehrotra said. “My focus is to strengthen the customer experience by designing and delivering great products that enable people to live better lives.”

Avionté provides its software to 1,000 customers and 25,000 users throughout the U.S. and Canada. Many of its customers are clerical, light industrial, IT and professional staffing firms.

The company has made several appearances on the Business Journal's Fast 50 rankings of fastest-growing private companies, most recently in 2018.
