75F announces investment from Siemens AG, brings total funding to $28M

75F Inc. an internet-of-things HVAC company, announced Thursday it's received an investment from Next47, the global venture capital arm of Siemens.

The latest investment brings the Bloomington-based company's total Series A funding to $28 million.

75F's previous backers include the Bill Gates' Breakthrough Energy, the Climate Initiative and WIND Ventures.

"We are honored to have the support of global leaders like Siemens," said Deepinder Singh, founder and CEO of 75F. "We want every commercial building to have the technology needed to run efficiently and affordably. My belief as an entrepreneur has always been that we should turn market leaders into partners — by doing this, we can accelerate the adoption of truly innovative technology across the industry."

75F's product lineup include's custom hardware and software that improves air temperature and quality while also optimizing energy usage.

By using built-in AI, the system merges data from wireless sensors and weather forecasts to redirect air throughout buildings where they're needed most.

"This investment signals a broader industry shift toward energy efficiency and the technologies that make those savings accessible to more customers," said Henning Sandfort, CEO of Building Products at Siemens Smart Infrastructure, in a statement. "75F's wireless solution is easy to install and implement, offers fully-integrated AI and analytics, and can help get companies large or small on a path to meeting their energy or carbon reduction goals."
