It’s been one year since we first launched Triad Inno’s Startups to Watch. The feature is a key component of the Triad Inno platform, highlighting local startups that will help move this region forward. Now, we’re checking in with each of the inaugural members to see how they delivered in 2022.

Live Furnish continued its triple-digit growth trajectory in 2022, with key upgrades to its products and team.

This past year, the Winston-Salem virtual reality content facilitator grew between 200 and 300%, according to CEO and founder Preet Singh. Live Furnish now serves over 180 enterprise customers, up from over 100 a year ago when it was named one of TBJ's Startups to Watch.

A big boost towards achieving this growth was not only a rebranding and new website, but most importantly the launch of the second version of Live Furnish’s software. Its software allows customers to create 3D images for e-commerce, social media and internal communications without the need for time-consuming and costly product photography or computer-generated imagery (CGI).

This newest version of Live Furnish’s software is now completely on the Internet, so there is no need for clients to download a desktop application to use the company’s software.

Live Furnish also launched the ability to create video on its software platform.

As its products and capabilities have been growing, so has Live Furnish’s team. The company now employs 75, with employees in Pittsburgh, Toronto, Atlanta, San Diego, Phoenix, the United Kingdom and Delhi, India.

And Live Furnish is still hiring aggressively; Singh said the company has 32 open positions currently; when those are filled, Live Furnish will surpass the 100-employee milestone.

Live Furnish did not fundraise in 2022, having completed a $6 million round at the end of 2021.

Singh is hopeful that the triple-digit growth will continue for Live Furnish into 2023.
