While the amounts may be unknown, funding deals continued to heat up in the midst of Q4 in Tampa Bay. We've got the rundown of the tech and startup companies that received funding in November below. And if you missed the companies that raised over $64 million in funding in October, you can check it out here.

• Four months after launching, Tampa-based Panther raised $1.7 million over two pre-seed rounds from a list of Silicon Valley executives, including those from Instacart and Shutterstock. Get the full details.

• Tampa-based Peerfit, a Tampa digital health startup, signed a new deal putting its 2021 financial footing on solid ground. The company's CEO Ed Buckley told Tampa Bay Inno he had signed a deal selling a portion of the company's technology intellectual property to an unnamed company, for an undisclosed amount. The deal has allowed the company to put off any plans for an investment round in the near future.

• Tampa edtech company Knack closed an oversubscribed, seven-figure round within its investor network, led by Bellini Capital. There was also participation from Miami Angels and Jon Chapman, a co-founder in Washington, D.C.-based EverFi. And like Peerfit, Knack recently signed a multi-year, six-figure deal to license its technology to an unnamed nonprofit in Texas. That, coupled with its fresh funding, will allow the company to grow to 20 full-time employees by the end of the year.

Veuu Inc., a Tampa-based startup that appears to be in stealth mode, raised $575K according to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings. The funding had participation from eight investors.

• Script, a Tampa-based company that helps school districts automate their paper trail, recently raised an additional $500,000 to its $1.5 million raise. It's the latest for the company, which more than doubled its presence in the U.S. and has big plans for the future. Get the full details here

• IMCS Group is a St. Petersburg-based company which offers behavioral health therapy program for those in workers' compensation programs. It received a follow-on investment for an undisclosed amount in November, after raising $8 million in August. Learn more about the company and its latest funding here.
