Satisfi Labs, a Tampa-based artificial intelligence platform company, will now provide a generative AI chatbot for one of the largest ticketing platforms in the world, AXS.

Satisfi Labs was previously a New York company that turned to Tampa to house its operations in 2022. Satisfi has backing from Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik, Google and Major League Baseball. It has partnered with AXS, a global ticketing outlet that provides tickets for venues throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, to add a chatbot service.

Customers can ask AXS questions about tickets or venues, and the Satisfi-based chatbot will answer in a conversational tone, according to a release. It’s part of the ticketing company’s drive to use AI, and the service has already seen “a reduction of customer service wait times and increased satisfaction since implementing the system,” according to a release.

For Satisfi, it’s one of the first released products that uses its patent-pending large language model. In July, it announced the release of the AI tech.

That’s the “huge win,” said Danika Wong, CMO and head of partnerships at Satisfi Labs.

“This is one of the first really big chat experiences Satisfi put out on that new platform that really shows how we can take a very large level of documentation from someone like AXS, who has a lot of information they have to be able to communicate about, and be able to answer those automatically with generative AI responses,” Wong said

Ticket service and conversational AI services are two of the “big futures” for AI, Wong said. It’s significant to partner with such a large service provider and start being a part of those applications. It allows Satisfi to experiment with translating and AI-powered cross-language communication because of AXS’ global reach. The program will eventually be able to talk to people in all languages, she said.

It’s an opportunity for expansion, but it allows Satisfi to prove that generative AI can be used with trust and accuracy. Hallucinations, or the generative AI creating something false or misleading, are a common concern. It’s vital that Satisfi has an error-free service for customers and AXS, Wong said.

“We are incredibly proud to support AXS in their mission to improve the customer experience,” said Don White, CEO of Satisfi Labs, in a release. “Ticket service providers like AXS are embracing the current moment and the technology that will allow them to take the customer experience to new heights, understanding the positive impact that it has on both the customer and the provider. We look forward to continuing this partnership and seeing what we can accomplish together.”
