After upsets, near-ties and landslide wins, we've got quite the Cinderella story for our fifth annual Inno Madness bracket challenge.
In an overwhelming victory, St. Petersburg-based Bedrock took the win over runner-up Signature Athletics with an 85% margin. This was Bedrock's first year in the bracket, but it's had strong support from the start and continued to rise through the ranks.
The win comes as particularly victorious after upsetting two-time Inno Madness champion, Paragon Cyber Solutions, in the third round to coast on to the quarterfinals.
The company — which you may remember as XPRO — helps procurement and finance teams recover lost revenue, simplifies payments, minimizes risk and reduce onboarding time.
It moved from Colorado to Tampa and in 2022, made the move across the bridge to St. Pete. Bedrock has been tapped as one of the fastest-growing companies in the nation, landing on the Inc. 5000 list in 2021.
And after five rounds and thousands of votes cast, it can now add Inno Madness winner to its accolades.
Thanks to everyone who participated and made this year one of the highest-grossing voting brackets yet. And remember, if you're reading this, you're most likely in the Tampa Bay tech scene in some capacity — so really, you're all winners.
