Novel Coworking officially opens St. Pete location (Photos)

Novel Coworking, a Chicago coworking company, has officially opened its St. Petersburg location, its fourth in space Florida.

The company bought a five-story office building in downtown St. Pete in February. The 53,106 square-foot building is home to a Synovus Bank branch, which will continue to operate on the ground floor. After Novel’s renovations, the building offers five floors of private offices, "SmartSuites" and coworking space.

Novel Access Passes start at $219 a month, private offices start at $675 a month and office suites start at $350 per employee a month. All options include 24/7 building access, coworking lounge, direct fiber internet, all utilities, an espresso bar and local beer on tap.

“We have seen huge demand for flexible, customizable workspace from companies of all sizes," said Bill Bennett, Founder of Novel Coworking.

The St. Pete location is the company’s fourth in Florida joining Miami, Orlando and Jacksonville.
