After the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship expanded from Tallahassee to Hillsborough County last year, the next move is educating those in the Tampa Bay area on how to make the leap from medium-size to large markets.
The way it works: A cohort of around 25 people will commit 16 to 20 hours in the program, where they learn from professionals about more niche issues such as an insurance expert talking about disaster coverage for business, or a lawyer specializing in employment going through the ins-and-outs of employee handbooks.
On April 9 the institute held an opening reception for the incoming class, which will be in the program until 26. The following participants are:
- Joseph Albano, Ardent Eagle Solutions
