Fortunately, South Florida companies are bursting with options for shoppers, with products bound to please nearly everyone on your holiday list. Check them out below.

Here's one for the kids: Sealed by Santa creates customized letters for children that are "signed" by Santa Claus, in addition to cookie baking and decorating sets. The Boca Raton venture notably struck a deal in 2016 to receive an investment from "Shark Tank" judge Lori Greiner.

Goody

Goody

OK, this one is kind of a cheat, because with Goody, picky shoppers can choose a gift for themselves. The Miami-based company is a website and mobile app that lets users send personalized gifts via text message to friends, family or colleagues. If they like it, they can accept the gift; if not, it can be swapped out for something they actually want.

AquaVault

AquaVault
AquaVault's Jonathan Kinas and Rob Peck; FUBU CEO and "Shark Tank" investor Daymond John and Avin Samtani, also of AquaVault.

It's a scenario so many South Floridians have faced before: You're at the beach on a hot day and want to dip into the water. The problem? Leaving personal items such as wallets and phones unattended during the swim.

Aventura-based AquaVault is solving that problem. The company sells an array of portable, waterproof safes that can be used to store personal items at the beach or pool. The website also sells portable locks that secure larger items like beach chairs, as well as waterproof, floating phone cases for people who can't resist snapping photos in the water.

This one is for your friends and family members who love to go out on the town: NightCap is the maker of a hair scrunchie that can be turned into a drink cover to protect beverages from being spiked. The "Shark Tank"-backed startup was founded by sister-and-brother team of Shirah and Michael Bernarde, who are from West Palm Beach.
