AdMarketplace is growing its Miami Beach office as it sets it sights on Latin America.
The company, a search advertising marketplace headquartered in New York City, is hiring for additional positions at its South Florida office at 429 Lenox Ave. CEO Jamie Hill also relocated to the Miami area to lead the local expansion.
“Following a year of triple-digit annual growth, the team is eager to expand in this market at a time when online e-commerce is thriving and tech is rising," he said.
AdMarketplace currently has five employees – including Hill – at the Miami Beach location. Other employees from its sales and marketing, accounting and legal teams could also relocate to the location from New York City, a spokesperson told Miami Inno.
Founded in 2000, AdMarketplace builds, distributes and monetizes digital search solutions for advertisers. The goal is to provide relevant digital ads to internet users based on their search results.
AdMarketplace, which caters to global advertisers and publishers, aims to connect with Latin American businesses and customers from its local office. The Latin America region is the fourth-largest internet consumer in the world, creating plenty of opportunities for ventures that want to connect with those consumers online.
Hill said Miami's emerging tech community, pool of diverse workers and proximity to colleges and universities make it a prime location for the firm's expansion. AdMarketplace is currently hiring a director of enterprise sales, senior account executive and director of publisher sales at its Miami Beach location.
“We cannot be more excited to integrate a more diverse group of talent, both employees and clients, into our media products and business services," Hill said.
