Spotify has landed in Wynwood.
The Sweden-based streaming giant (NYSE: SPOT) is close to completing its new 20,000-square foot office at The Oasis, a former marine repair facility redeveloped with offices, retail, restaurants and a courtyard at 2335 N. Miami Ave.
The spacious office features a range of amenities for employees, including a group listening room, collaboration spaces, a coffee bar, private meeting rooms, an outdoor terrace and employee bathrooms equipped with showers.

In addition to 35,000 square feet of office and retail space, The Oasis also features a cafe, a food hall, an outdoor bar and performance area, and an indoor lounge.
The Wynwood Arts District, known its colorful murals, art galleries, and nightlife, has been a magnet for new technology ventures and corporate offices entering the Miami market. This year, Silicon Valley transplants like Founders Fund; Atomic; and OpenStore, a new startup led by Founders Fund partner Keith Rabois, signed multiyear leases at the Wynwood Annex, an office tower at 215 N.W. 24th St. that is also home to LiveNation's Miami base.
