Xendoo is looking for a place to grow.

That's why the Fort Lauderdale-based online accounting company leased a new 15,171-square-foot headquarters office at Cypress Park West I, a business park at 6700 Andrews Ave.

Cushman and Wakefield's A.J. Belt represented Xendoo founder and CEO Lillian Roberts in the deal. Jarred Goodstein and Jonathan Kingsley, both with Colliers, represented the landlord.

Roberts said Xendoo has moved its offices twice since its launch in 2017. In 2019, the company moved to a 10,000-square-foot space in Fort Lauderdale's Cypress Creek area after completing a $3.5 million seed funding round. The company has over 30 employees, with plans to hire.

"[Belt's] attention to detail coupled with unparalleled professionalism and deep domain knowledge of the best buildings in the county has made the usually difficult journey of finding the right space to grow and thrive a smooth and stress-free experience," she said.

Xendoo gained customers and revenue during the Covid-19 pandemic as some businesses searched for ways to operate remotely and reduce labor costs. Roberts said revenue increased 700% from early 2019 to early 2021.

The company's accounting and bookkeeping platform is designed for small businesses with less than 20 employees.

Xendoo, backed by $4.7 million in investment capital, has customers across 45 U.S. states and 12 countries.
