Seattle-based pay equity software company Syndio on Wednesday confirmed it has named Mitali Pattnaik as its chief product officer.
Pattnaik spent more than six years at LinkedIn before joining the company. A Syndio spokesperson said Pattnaik will oversee innovation, design and roadmap execution at Syndio.
Pattnaik is replacing Rekha Shenoy in the role. Shenoy joined Syndio in 2021 but left in December of last year, according to her LinkedIn page. Shenoy is now the CEO of BackBox, a network automation company based in Addison, Texas.
Pattnaik has more than 20 years of experience in product leadership, including more than a year at Twitter and Electronic Arts, and more than four years at Microsoft. Syndio's spokesperson said in an email Pattnaik led the LinkedIn sales solutions team.

Syndio's software identifies pay disparities across race and gender and cross-references its findings against factors like tenure, skills and experience. Syndio also identifies disparities in promotions. It has more than 320 customers, including Nordstrom and American Airlines.
Syndio raised a $17.1 million Series B round in January 2021 and a $50 million Series C round in September 2021. Its investors include Emerson Collective, Bessemer Venture Partners, Voyager Capital, NBA star Stephen Curry, former WNBA star Candace Parker and Zillow co-founder Spencer Rascoff.
Maria Colacurcio leads Syndio as CEO. Colacurcio co-founded Bellevue-based Smartsheet, which went public in 2018, and she spent about three years at Starbucks. She became Syndio's CEO in 2018.
