Biotech company Immunome Inc. (Nasdaq: IMNM) has signed a lease and is moving into a 29,344-square-foot headquarters at Bothell's Alloy Innovation Center.
Commercial real estate firm Newmark Group Inc., which represented Immunome, on Monday announced the lease at the six-building campus. Newmark said Immunome has the option to more than double its space at Alloy through the lease.
“The decision to lease at the Alloy Innovation Center aligns with Immunome’s growth trajectory," Max Rosett, chief financial officer at Immunome, said in a news release.
West Tech Properties owns the Alloy Innovation Center. The property has 205,000 rentable square feet.

Former Seagen CEO Clay Siegall took over as CEO of Morphimmune, which was previously based in West Lafayette, Indiana, in March 2023, and the company began calling the Seattle area its headquarters. A year ago, Morphimmune announced a merger with Exton, Pennsylvania-based Immunome. The deal closed in October, and the combined company took the Immunome name.
Alloy in October announced Immunome was moving into the Bothell campus but didn't disclose the size or the move-in date.
Immunome is developing cancer therapies that rely on the human immune system. The company has six drug candidates listed on its website, ranging from discovery phase to phase 3 clinical trials. In December, Immunome announced plans to buy antibody-related assets from San Carlos, California-based biotech company Atreca Inc. That deal closed in May.
Siegall co-founded Seagen in 1997 but resigned as CEO, president and board member in 2022 following an arrest on suspicion of domestic violence. The city prosecutor didn't file charges, citing evidence issues. Pfizer acquired Seagen for $43 billion in December.
According to a regulatory filing, Immunome had assets totaling $319.8 million as of March 31, up from $148.5 million at the end of 2023. The company has 19 open roles listed online for its headquarters location.
Other tenants at Alloy include Athira Pharma and Lundbeck.
