Seattle-based real estate tech company MoxiWorks on Monday named Eric Elfman as its new CEO.

Elfman is replacing York Baur, who founded the company in 2012 and led it as CEO for almost 12 years, according to his LinkedIn page. Baur will remain on MoxiWorks' board and help with strategy.

"We’re investing heavily in being the company that most understands the realities of agent life today," Elfman said in a news release. "We will soon have a new platform that supports the future."

Before taking the CEO role at MoxiWorks, Elfman was the co-founder and CEO of the business software company Onit, according to his LinkedIn page, which he led for more than 14 years. He also founded the legal tool DataCert, which he led as CEO for more than 10 years prior to Onit.
