Bellevue-based tech consulting firm Aditi Consulting has acquired Resolvit, a tech consulting firm based in New Orleans.

An Aditi spokesperson said all 325 of Resolvit's employees are joining Aditi through the acquisition, bringing the number of employees at the combined company to 775. With the acquisition, Aditi is gaining access to Resolvit's strong presence across Latin America.

"Resolvit is an important and exciting acquisition for us," Aditi CEO Raja Narayana said in a release. "They enhance our ability to better serve the clients of both organizations."

The companies aren't disclosing the financial terms of the deal.

The Aditi spokesperson said the companies haven't yet decided what to do with the Resolvit brand, but the companies will decide over the coming months whether to keep the Resolvit brand or fold it into Aditi.

Aditi was founded in 1994, according to its LinkedIn page. The company offers services in automation, tech infrastructure and analytics, and helps clients find and screen tech talent. It counts among its clients companies such as Amazon, Oracle and Intel. Narayana has been CEO since 2014, his LinkedIn page notes.

Resolvit, meanwhile, was founded in 2002. The company offers services in app development, cloud engineering, cybersecurity and analytics, among others. Like Aditi, Resolvit also helps clients find and screen tech talent. Resolvit serves clients in the U.S., Latin America and Asia.

Aditi said in a news release the acquisition allows the company to serve Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia and Uruguay, as well as the U.S., Mexico and India.

"Resolvit is eager to be weaved into the Aditi fabric of quality execution at an accelerated pace across three continents," Resolvit CEO Mark Scofield said in a release. "The depth and reach of the combined entities will benefit our global customers with new creative solutions and quantifiable results."
