Seattle-based web page management company DevHub is solidifying its senior leadership team.

The company announced Monday it has hired Dominic Le Claire as DevHub's new chief revenue officer, while Rachel Flanagan is taking the chief operations officer role. Both Le Claire and Flanagan are joining DevHub from Pica9, a New York City-based marketing platform.

In an email to the Business Journal, DevHub co-founder and CEO Mark Michael said Le Claire and Flanagan are the first people to fill the roles at the 15-year-old company. He added that, although DevHub has a partnership with Pica9 and that is how the company met the two, their hiring "was based on our needs and their expertise."

Flanagan spent more than 10 years at Pica9, a company that works with large brands to localize marketing for individual franchisees and agents. Her most recent role with Pica9 was chief operating officer, according to her LinkedIn page.

“With her rich customer background and robust understanding of the business challenges that brands face, we are excited for Rachel to connect the dots between DevHub’s growing partner channel and direct-brand business,” Michael said in a news release.

Le Claire, meanwhile, spent more than two years at Pica9, according to his LinkedIn page, and held the role of chief revenue officer. Before that, he spent more than two years as vice president of sales and marketing at the marketing platform Pageflex.

“Dominic is responsible for driving better integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, customer success, pricing and revenue management," Michael said in the release.

DevHub helps brands mass produce websites. In May, the company acquired Brickwork Software, a New York City-based company that helps brands connect clients with local stores, rather than their main corporate websites. Michael and his co-founder, Chief Technology Officer Daniel Rust, first met in high school. DevHub's clients include Nike, Saks Fifth Avenue and Williams Sonoma.
