Seattle-based pay equity software startup Syndio is growing its leadership team after raising a $50 million Series C round in September.

On Wednesday, the company announced Rekha Shenoy as its new chief product officer, Carol Grant as vice president of marketing and Christine Hendrickson as vice president of strategic initiatives.

“Carol, Christine, and Rekha each bring a unique set of experiences that will help us continue building world class teams and scale our workplace equity analytics products and vision,” CEO Maria Colacurcio said in a news release.

Shenoy was previously the chief product and customer officer at the software company Zapproved, where she worked for about two years. Before that, she was the chief revenue officer at the data security company Spirion.

Syndio, founded in 2016, helps clients identify pay disparities across race and gender. According to Syndio, the company has 114 employees. Its clients include Nordstrom, Salesforce and General Mills. In addition to the company's Series C round in September, Syndio raised a $17.1 million Series B round in January.

“Joining Syndio on its mission to make pay equity a core part of how companies do business is a great privilege,” Grant said in a news release. “The future for our ever-growing team is incredibly bright, and I look forward to building on our momentum in 2021 and further scale our brand and product in 2022."
