A West Coast environmental technology company has plans to open a San Antonio office — its first location outside California.

Ketos Inc., headquarters in Milpitas, California, will occupy a 25,500-square-foot office at 8106 NE Loop 410 within the Olympic Park complex.

Ketos offers automated water supply testing and monitoring processes for clients including residential, industrial and agricultural. Ketos offers its platform as a service that can be either leased or owned, depending on the length of the contract.

The company's technology monitors water flow, pressure, volume and other efficiency data points. It also provides water quality data in real-time through its app and desktop platforms.

San Antonio-based The Jordan Group is slated to begin a $310,000 interior finish of the Olympic Park space this month and finish in November, according to public filings.

The company did not respond to the Business Journal with more information on the new office.
