A Fort Worth-based midstream solutions company for oil and gas producers backed by San Antonio's EnCap Flatrock Midstream has named two new top-level executives to its leadership team.

Backed by a $400 million equity commitment from San Antonio-based EnCap Flatrock Midstream, Fort Worth's Clearfork Midstream has announced the installation of a new Chief Financial Officer Will Page, a financial professional with nearly 25 years of experience in investment banking, specifically advising energy companies in mergers and acquisitions transactions and capital raises. His most recent position was as managing director with Donovan Ventures, which assisted in acquiring and forming Clearfork. Page will also serve as a member of Clearfork's Board of Directors.

Clearfork will also be adding Victor Davis to its leadership team as executive vice president of operations. Davis has been in operations and project management in upstream and midstream segments of the oil and gas industry for more than 25 years, and has spent more than 15 years operating Clearfork's own acquired midstream assets in his prior roles as vice president of Azure Midstream and director of midstream operations for EXCO Resources.

Clearfork offers services like natural gas gathering and processing, treating, dehydration and compression. It also offers stabilization, handling, storage and transportation of natural gas liquids and produced water handling and disposal.

The company's CEO Kipper Overstreet said that the addition of Page and Davis was intended as a proactive move to achieve this year's production and marketing goals, and navigate upcoming expansions — like the two new commercial agreements with natural gas producers for its natural gas and pipeline treating facilities in both Texas and Louisiana.

EnCap Flatrock Midstream, led by managing partners William Waldrip and William Lemmons Jr., formed in 2008 when EnCap Investments LP merged with Flatrock Energy Advisors LLC. The company provides growth capital to teams committed to midstream infrastructure opportunities across the country. Headquartered in San Antonio, it also has offices in Oklahoma City and Houston, managing investment commitments of almost $9 billion from multiple institutional investors and from its $3.25 billion EFM Fund IV. In December, EnCap invested $350 million in Elysian Carbon Management, a company focused on carbon capture.
