Sacramento-based Zennify, a tech consulting firm for financial services companies, has tapped a Salesforce Inc. veteran to be its new CEO.

Chris Conant, Zennify's new CEO, was most recently senior vice president of customer success at San Francisco-based Salesforce (NYSE:CRM).

"As a Salesforce and nCino partner, and one of the original launch partners for Salesforce's financial service cloud, Zennify has built a reputation in the space as one of the go-to partners for financial institutions that want to see accelerated outcomes," Conant said in a news release.

Zennify focuses on supporting financial services companies. It has strategic partnerships with digital solutions company DocuSign Inc. (Nasdaq: DOCU), banking software vendor nCino Inc. (Nasdaq: NCNO) and Salesforce.

Prior to working for Salesforce, Conant was chief operating officer of Model Metrics, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2011. Conant has also been a board adviser to Silverline and 7Summits, services firms within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Manvir Sandhu, Zennify co-founder and former CEO, is now Zennify's new chief innovation officer.

"We founded Zennify in 2013 on the conviction that people could solve any major challenge with the right data and technology," Sandhu said, in a news release. "Chris is a seasoned growth leader who knows the art of scaling a business and the science of customer success."

In his new role, Sandhu will focus on building solutions to support customers.

Zennify also named Matt Henwood as its new chief delivery officer. Henwood has been working with Zennify as an adviser to Tercera, the Chicago investment firm that led a $7.5 million round of funding into Zennify in December 2021. Henwood had delivery leadership roles at high-growth companies, including some within the Salesforce ecosystem, such as Appirio and RevTech360.

Zennify helps banks, insurance, mortgage and money management businesses implement technology for their customers, including customer relationship management systems from companies like Salesforce and nCino, which offers a cloud-based operating system for financial institutions to interact with their customers.

Zennify made the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list in 2021 with 409% revenue growth over three years.

Zennify is one of a cluster of financial technology companies based in the Sacramento area. In 2019, Zennify raised an undisclosed amount of investment from Salesforce's Salesforce Ventures Trailblazer Investment Fund.
