Real estate transaction software company SkySlope is now providing its services to Weichert Realtors, a New Jersey brokerage with more than 7,000 associates across the country.

The new partnership with Morris Plains, New Jersey-based Weichert follows a successful trial run of the SkySlope system by a single Weichert office.

"There are many reasons agents choose to hang their license with Weichert Realtors," said Jim Weichert, chairman and CEO of Weichert Cos., in a news release. "But paramount among them is Weichert's dedication to partnering with the services that provide our agents with an industry advantage."

Weichert does business in over 300 markets across 39 states, according to its website.

“With its smartly-designed interface and extensive suite of solutions, SkySlope gives our agents the most competitive advantage in the marketplace today," said Jim Weichert, in the release.

Founded in 2011 by CEO Tyler Smith, SkySlope offers a platform for brokers and agents to execute, store, organize and audit real estate documents digitally. It also helps keep them in compliance with various real estate regulations.

Based in Sacramento, SkySlope provides transaction management for more than half of the top 20 brokerages in the U.S., the company said. It now supports more than 650,000 agents in the U.S. and Canada.

"A rapidly-changing real estate landscape is asking more of agents than ever before," said Smith, in the news release. "SkySlope aims to make the shifts less impactful by offering agents a streamlined workflow that saves them time for profit-generating activities like landing more listings or holding open houses."

Smith was one of the Sacramento Business Journal's Most Admired CEO honorees two years ago.

In addition to its core transaction platform, SkySlope offers DigiSign, a digital signing tool that can be used to send real estate documents out for electronic signature. In 2021, it launched SkySlope Forms, which makes the most recent versions of state and association forms available to agents directly. The forms are pre-filled with property details pulled from the multiple listing service, and dates and contacts are automatically populated in matching data fields, saving agents from redundant data entry for every transaction.

In 2017, Fortune 500 title insurance company Fidelity National Financial Inc. (NYSE: FNF) purchased a majority share of SkySlope.

Founded in 1969, Weichert is a large franchiser of independently owned offices. It also offers integrated services in real estate, mortgage, insurance and title settlement.
