RoundlyX has hit the ground running in 2020 and is making waves in the digital asset management industry.

Since we last caught up with Andrew Elliot, co-founder of RoundlyX, the company has joined forces with Voyager Exchange, the first publicly traded cryptocurrency broker. Voyager was founded by the former E*TRADE CEO Steve Ehrlich and founding CTO Oscar Salazar, and business for the company has taken off.

RoundlyX was formerly operating under the name Coin Savage. The company aims to be the Mint.com of digital assets - giving customers a place to manage their digital items that have value in the digital sphere.

Elliot sees the realm of digital assets moving beyond cryptocurrency to other software that is uniquely digital, such as virtual gaming items, that would be calculated into your digital net worth.

"As we all live a more and more digital life, there are things that are uniquely digital that have value and a real price tag attached to them," Elliot said. RoundlyX is there to help customers make the most of those items in the digital realm.

In March 2019, RoundlyX, while still operating as Coin Savage, acquired Vite.Money, a D.C.-based crypto company. The functionality of the Vite.Money platform is centered around buying cryptocurrency allocations with the difference of rounding up everyday purchases. Elliot compared the idea to that of Acorn, where the spare change of your purchases is rounded up to purchase stocks with the difference. This functionality of the new RoundlyX gave way for the name change.

While coinsavage.com is still an operational website, RoundlyX has been pivoting the way the content is presented to be more in line with the RoundlyX model.

RoundlyX increased user accounts by 15 times, revenue by 12 times and transaction volume by 90 times. Elliot said they are on track to hit 50,000 or more users by the end of 2020.

Riding on their successes of the last year, RoundlyX will also be expanding internationally alongside Voyager before Q3 of 2020, or sooner.
