Week One

Thursday, Sept. 2

Leaders & Achievers: Hosted by Providence Business News, this event will honor leaders and achievers in the business community in Rhode Island. This will be a live and in-person awards ceremony with a three-course, sit-down dinner and open bar. Event begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Pavilion in Warwick. More information here.

Wednesday, Sept. 8

U.S. Real Estate Opportunity & Private Fund Investing Forum: Join Stuart Wood, Michael Gregori, Stephanie Golden, and Ned Siegel as they discuss the latest challenges and opportunities facing the commercial real estate market. The event will also feature Stuart Wood on the panel “Standardized Investor Reporting & Transparency,” where he will explore the regulatory, operational, and technological developments shaping the real estate industry. Podcasting 101: Hosted by What Cheer Writer’s Club, Podcasting 101 is currently an online class focused on providing an introduction to podcasting and offering tips for recording from home. In this class you will explore the extremely relevant and rapidly growing medium of podcasting; get tips for recording from your home studio; and learn about resources to help get your idea into someone else’s earbuds. AWT’s Annual Convention & Exposition: The AWT Annual Convention is where water treatment professionals and industry partners gather to exchange time, resources, strategies, solutions, and more. Over three days of learning, growing, and finding inspiration, attendees are equipped with a year’s worth of support in their daily responsibilities as leaders in the industry.
