Research And Development Tax Credits: Nate Carpenter, consultant with American Incentive Advisors, will show how small- and medium-sized businesses can reclaim their R&D tax credits in this free workshop. Roughly 90% of businesses are eligible for R&D tax credits, but only 5% apply. If your business has paid taxes over the last three years, join and learn how to reclaim your tax credits. Hazeltine Mentoring In Entrepreneurship Award Celebration: Professor Barrett Hazeltine has been mentoring and inspiring Brown University students for decades. In honor of his dedication to student mentoring, and in particular, his mentorship of aspiring entrepreneurs, a group of alumni came together to start the Barrett Hazeltine Mentoring in Entrepreneurship Award. On May 6, come and raise a glass from home to honor the award recipients, Hamzah Ansari PRIME ‘09 and Troy Henikoff ‘86. Also, say hello to Professor Hazeltine and hear from student speakers.
