Connect Greater Newport, the Newport County Chamber of Commerce's economic development initiative, is looking for feedback from both Newport and Bristol county-based business owners via an online survey through Jan. 25. Participants must have a physical location to provide insights.

Said survey is looking to gauge respondent's "struggles" with both workforce housing and broadband internet connectivity.

“After interviewing nearly 80 business leaders in varying industries, I found that many reported the same challenges, said Ashley Medeiros, business consultant with Connect Greater Newport. “Internet or workforce housing came up in nearly every conversation, so we’re casting a wider net to see if the same rings true for other local business owners.”

Participants will be entered into a drawing with the chance to win tickets to the Newport Mansions and International Tennis Hall of Fame.
