Ansys has released its ChatGPT-powered virtual assistant, AnsysGPT, after an almost nine month beta period. The chatbot was trained on Ansys data to provide real time customer support to existing teams and clients working with Ansys (NASDAQ: ANSS) software.
"The release of AnsysGPT marks the availability of a transformational AI-powered technical support avenue for Ansys customers," Anthony Dawson, vice president of customer excellence at Ansys said in a prepared statement. "AnsysGPT is a complementary tool that empowers customers to find answers to intricate questions on their own."
A press release from the company stated that since the beta launch in July of last year, the knowledge base offered by the software has increased by approximately 30 times.
"This release boasts improved response accuracy, performance, data security and compliance for users resulting in accurate, rapid answers to their most important engineering questions," Dawson said in a prepared statement.
ChatGPT is the leading AI-powered chatbot on the market. Developer OpenAI said that ChatGPT generated 1.63 billion website visits in February.
