Even in a tight venture capital market, new startups continue to debut across Greater Philadelphia while more established ones are shifting their focus to better capitalize on demand. Even more impressive are the young people behind some of these businesses.
It's such individuals that we're looking to again recognize for this year's Inno Under 25 feature. Each year, PHL Inno – the tech and startup-focused vertical of the Philadelphia Business Journal – highlights some of the region's most impactful young innovation leaders for the program.
The deadline to nominate a young innovator for this year's Inno Under 25 has been extended through July 7. Submit a nomination here.
To be considered, a nominee must be 25 years of age or younger at the time of publication on Sept. 15 and reside in Greater Philadelphia. Nominees can be students, recent graduates or young professionals.
Whatever their role, they should be making a difference in the startup ecosystem locally. That includes budding founders working to get their own companies off the ground, student entrepreneurs balancing college courses and building a company, or individuals supporting the innovation community.
