The venture capital market might be tight but that doesn't mean innovation isn't still flourishing. New startups across a range of spaces continue to debut while more established ones are shifting their focus to better capitalize on demand. Even more impressive is the young people behind some of these businesses.
It's such individuals that we're looking to again recognize for this year's Inno Under 25. Each year, PHL Inno – the tech and startup-focused vertical of the Philadelphia Business Journal – highlights some of the region's most impactful young leaders for the annual program.
Nominations for this year's program are open through June 26. Submit a nomination here.
To be considered, a nominee must be 25 years of age or younger at the time of publication on Sept. 15 and reside in Greater Philadelphia. Nominees can be students, recent graduates or young professionals.
Whatever their role, they should be making a difference in the startup ecosystem locally. That includes budding founders working to get their own companies off the ground, student entrepreneurs balancing college courses and building a company, or individuals supporting the innovation community.
