Now in its third year, the annual Fire Awards recognize excellence in tech and innovation — including areas like food and energy independence. This includes newer businesses, as well as companies and organizations that are innovating in new ways.
This year’s seven winners were chosen from nominations from the community and include one that’s designated as the “Blazer” — the top honoree as determined by the Pacific Business News editorial team based on information provided in the nomination and recent achievements.
PBN asked the winners about their biggest accomplishments to date, what excites them the most about their business right now, and what’s needed to cultivate innovation.
