Current and prospective Salesforce users can learn more about the company’s technology platforms at the Salesforce Hawaii Innovation Day, taking place from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, at Entrepreneurs Sandbox.

The event will feature speakers, panel discussions, customer demos and networking opportunities. Paul Tatum, executive vice president of Solution Engineering at Salesforce, will deliver a keynote address.

Deena Tearney, the CEO of Salesforce consulting firm Pacific Point, which is sponsoring the event, told PBN that it is for “all Hawaii businesses and organizations looking to improve their customer experience and become more efficient.”

“This is a great opportunity for local companies who are new to Salesforce or already have Salesforce to meet Salesforce leaders, customers, and partners. Hearing directly from organizations who have implemented Salesforce such as the Hawaii Department of Agriculture, Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA), Hawaii Green Infrastructure Authority, and Kamehameha Schools will be super informative,” she said.

Tearney also will participate on a panel titled Systems Integration Best Practices. Other panels taking place throughout the day will tackle topics including Salesforce in education and Salesforce’s Health Cloud, and businesses across a range of industries will share presentations on how they have integrated the company’s products into their operations.

“My hope is that local companies will walk away from this event ready to elevate their business and customer experience so that Hawaii's businesses can grow stronger. Salesforce's suite of products offers a range of solutions that can benefit businesses and I'd love to see more Hawaii companies strengthened by leveraging this powerful technology,” Tearney said.
