Local incubator XLR8HI is now accepting applications for its third cohort of Hawaii startups as part of its preX program.
The four-week, completely remote investment readiness and scaling curriculum accepts 15 Island startups from a range of industries. The application deadline is Friday, and those interested can apply here.
PreX — which was launched in April 2020 as a response to the economic fallout caused by the coronavirus pandemic — is supported by the U.S. Economic Development Administration, Hawaii Technology Development Corp., the Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism, and Sultan Ventures.
Program participants receive technical assistance, community support from connecting businesses, and a final showcase day in which participants will have a chance to pitch their company to venture capitalists and angel investors.
