The Queen’s Health Systems launched a new, interactive website on Wednesday to better serve its patients and community at-large.

The enhanced website features streamlined navigation so users can find the health care services they need more readily, whether that be searching open careers, scheduling with a provider, or paying a bill, officials with the hospital system said.

Other notable, innovative features include:

  • The “Find a Doctor" tool for quicker searches and provider profiles with up-to-date photos, videos and biographical information of the Queen’s University Medical Group providers
  • A new design for optimal user experience
  • A Services & Locations “mega menu” that allows users quick access to the most frequently visited services and locations
  • Interactive mapping tied to Google maps and directions that allow users to find hospital locations on the go
  • Enhanced primary service line pages for a better overview of the info listed above

“Based on valuable information gathered through target-market research and interviews across the entire Queen’s ohana as well as with community partners, we have created a website based on health care best practices and that exceeds accessibility standards,” said Jason Chang, COO of The Queen's Health Systems and president of The Queen's Medical Center, in a statement.

“Whether it’s a new graduate reviewing our careers page, a young family looking for a pediatrician, or families searching for geriatric care for their kupuna, having the right information that is easily accessible is essential as we strive to be a lifetime partner in health with those we serve,” Chang said.
