Hawaii Life has created two new technology-oriented roles which aim to assist with the firm's data-driven platform and customer relationship management-integrated services for agents across the state.
Long-time employee Brad Haeger is the company's new director of technical operations – a technology oversight and implementation role "essential to ensuring the organization’s seamless functioning with the best business operational processes in place; and with a strategic eye towards the future."
Adam Snyder, who joined the team from Locations on Oahu, will serve as Hawaii Life’s statewide technology trainer.
"Hawaii Life has benefitted from industry-leading technology since our inception," CEO and Principal Broker Matt Beall said in a statement. "It started with a very high-powered, consumer-facing website in Hawaiilife.com and it evolved into robust enterprise-level software behind the scenes — which provides enormous scale and capacity for our brokers, agents, and leadership teams. It's remarkable what we've been able to develop over the years. The depth and loyalty of our customer database combined with the integrated marketing systems we've built in-house have yielded extraordinary results."
Haeger, who has played an integral role in Hawaii Life's growth since its 2008 launch, will oversee the design and maintenance of Hawaii Life’s technical processes and services for the company’s technology stack.
Snyder, who has 20 years of experience in the information technology industry, has trained hundreds of professionals in many different industries, including in the Oahu real estate industry for the past three years. According to the release, Snyder brings "valuable market knowledge" to his new role.
