As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the TRUE Initiative of the Hawaii Executive Collaborative is putting on two free virtual events to assist businesses.
On Tuesday, the collaborative is holding a half-hour discussion on tech tips for the Microsoft Teams platform, led by Central Pacific Bank Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President Adrienne Chee and Pacxa Vice President of Microsoft Services Jeff Schroeder.
In the session from noon to 12:30, they will discuss how they leverage Microsoft Teams, the impact it has had on their workflows, and how other organizations can learn to make the most of it.
On Wednesday, information technology service company DataHouse will lead a one-hour discussion on innovating in the workplace called Innovation Framework: Ideas to Impact.
The 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. discussion will be moderated by TRUE Executive Director Michelle Cheung, with DataHouse Chief Technology and Strategy Officer Clyde Shiigi and President Eddie Ontai as panelists.
According to TRUE, "The session will define the components of innovation, share an approach and method to facilitate the innovation process, and suggest tools and enablers. Attendees will also learn how organizations have successfully used the framework to develop new products and solutions."
