Pacific Business News is excited to announce the honorees in this year’s Inno Under 25 awards.
Now in its third year, Inno Under 25 recognizes entrepreneurs and stand-out employees under the age of 25.
This year’s 11 honorees came from a pool of nominations submitted by the community. Among the group are founders and top executives of their own businesses, as well as emerging leaders within existing companies. These young leaders represent a range of industries from tech and energy to design and retail.

- Kea‘aokahonua Davis, lead design and product strategist at Purple Maia Foundation
- Nirvana Dillingham, CEO of Maui Alarm Systems
- Nicholas Kapule, president of Kapule LLC and Kapule Organization
- Daniella Pasion, founder of Illicit Lover and student leader at Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship
- Mia Pimentel, marketing associate at Turno
- Juliana Rogers, CEO of Motion Management
- Desta Rudolph, president of Independent Energy Systems, LLC
- Raina and Rhema Wong, owners of R Planet
