Need a desk or office in Orlando’s central business district? These coworking firms may be able to help.

Downtown Orlando does not suffer from a shortage of coworking space, with more than 130,000 square feet spread throughout it. In fact, the downtown Orlando coworking scene got a big boost in 2020 when Nashville, Tennessee-based E-Spaces Inc. opened a 30,000-foot-space, Orlando’s largest.

Co-working facilities, which typically charge monthly memberships, often appeal to startups and early-stage companies because they are a more flexible alternative to an office lease. A startup may not be big enough to need its own office, or it may be growing so quickly it is tough to determine how much square footage to lease.

Plus, some coworking providers use open rooms filled with desks to provide a more collaborative, innovative atmosphere. Some coworking spaces are inside business accelerators, such as Orlando-based Starter Studio, that provide training and mentorship programs to help small firms grow.

From homegrown organizations to national coworking giants, here is more on downtown Orlando’s top coworking spots.
