Financial wellness and workforce training company BC Holdings of Tennessee LLC was recently announced as a member of Accenture Ventures Black Founders Development Program.
The program is a means to invest in and support Black technology startup founders and entrepreneurs, with the goal of helping them grow their businesses through broader, more direct access to venture capital, corporate mentorship and strategic connections with Accenture business partners and clients.
“We’re honored to have the opportunity to participate in Accenture Ventures Black Founders Development Program,” Saundra Currey, co-founder of BC Holdings, said in a press release. “We highly value their guidance, funding and business coaching to help us further lean into technology for our Destination: Financial Wellness programs and other services.”
BC Holdings launched Destination: Financial Wellness, its comprehensive financial learning management system, in November 2020. The program includes 23 interactive learning modules with hundreds of lessons, videos, animations and simulations covering wealth management planning, goal setting, net worth, emergency funds, retirement planning and more.

The company was founded in 2001 and is nationally certified to provide full-service financial education for workforce training and development. The company has partnered with more than 125 clients across federal government, higher education and corporations.
Accenture Ventures is the venture capital firm arm of Accenture, a global professional services firm. The company was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
